1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and win365 ("win365", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the win365 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at win365.life ("the Platform").

3 Account Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one win365 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any promotional winnings will be void.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

win365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20/BEP20. All account balances are maintained and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your win365 account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. win365 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person; all deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

4.4 Inactive Account Policy

All dormant account funds remain the property of the player and may be reclaimed at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Gameplay Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on win365 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where required by law:

• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity to create or operate an account.

• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any other activity that involves illicit funds passing through the Platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit, denominated in PKR).
• Loss limits (restricting how much you can lose within a defined period).

9 Limitation of Liability

10 Suspension & Termination

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring us to do so.

Players may close their win365 account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Following account closure, any remaining genuine balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.
